Best Practices to Follow
- Schedule your Loan Payment in advance of the due date to avoid any delays due to processing time.
- Monitor your accounts frequently and call us immediately if you see anything suspicious.
- Direct Federal, and other financial institutions, will never ask for your username or password over the phone or email.
- Ensure your Online Banking password is safe and secure. Never use easy to find out information in your password (i.e. your name and birthday)
