Rates are at Historic Lows
During this time of unprecedented low mortgage rates, refinance applications have risen significantly. We are working to provide you with a quick and easy process, but you may experience a longer than anticipated processing time.
In order to expedite your loan, please complete an application on line. If you prefer you can call a Service Associate at 781-455-6500 to schedule an appointment with a Mortgage Loan Officer. A decision on completed applications will be delivered within 14 days.
Locking your Rate.
You can lock your rate once your application is approved. In some cases a rate lock will only be accepted up to 5 days before your scheduled closing. You must provide a 1% lock-in fee at the time you request a rate lock. Your rate is not locked until you receive written confirmation.
Important Notice
Effective April 1, 2009, application fees have increased to:
$445 for loan amounts up to $417,000 and single-family homes or condominiums
$645 for loan amounts greater than $417,000 or multi-family homes
